Maybe I Won’t Be Angry on Sunday
I hear you raising your voice.
I watch your face turning red.
There you go losing your temper
And that’s how you put me to bed.

So here’s how you show me you love me:
By showing off you’re awfully strong.
Then you try to make up when you see me sulk
And you ask if I’ll stay mad for long…

Well, maybe I won’t be angry on Sunday.
Till then I’ll be paying you back.
You think I should start on forgiving you now?
Well, you can forget about that.

Meanwhile, don’t count on a lotta I love you’s
My time for sweet talk has passed.
Right now if you know what’s good for you
You’ll get me some water.
And fast.
